1. Use of the Site

4. Ordering, Payments & Charges

5. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Gift Cards

By attending any BHG venue or event, you acknowledge that nightlife and hospitality environments involve inherent risks, including but not limited to loud music, crowds, weather conditions, physical activity, alcohol consumption, and interactions with other patrons. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that BHG is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
9. Alcohol Consumption
Guests are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior. BHG reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove patrons, or contact authorities as necessary to ensure safety and legal compliance.
10. Entry, Dress Code & Conduct
Admission is subject to venue policies, including dress code, capacity limits, and conduct standards. BHG reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual, where permitted by law, to maintain safety and operations.
11. Personal Property
BHG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at any venue or event.
12. Photography & Likeness Release
By entering a BHG venue or attending a BHG event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant BHG a perpetual, royalty-free right to use your image, voice, or likeness for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
13. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to BHG and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to BHG (including reviews, photos, or social media content), you grant BHG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for promotional purposes.
